Why we gave up on a trip to Puerto Plata and along the north coast and how we spent the eighth day in the Dominican Republic.
At first I thought of taking a ride that day by car along the northern coast of the Dominican Republic to the resort of Puerto Plata. Surely, beautiful views and wild beaches awaited us there. But the way back and forth is 500 km, that is, you need to spend almost the whole day behind the wheel. No thanks! After all, we are not here on the rally, and why bother so hard? There is nothing surprising and broadly interesting there: beaches, villages, roads. Therefore, on this day we just walked along the coast of Las Galeras and relaxed on the beach - nothing supernatural, just relaxation.
Expenses on the eighth day for two:
- $ 13 - two carbonara pastes for lunch.
- $ 16.5 - rice and juice for dinner.
- $ 3 - beer and water in the store.
Remaining: 153 $.
